Earlier today an agreement was signed for closer cooperation between @Europol and New Zealand.

This will strengthen our joint fight against organised crime and terrorism.

It will help us prevent attacks like the ones we suffered in Christchurch, Brussels or Nice.

This agreement include innovations to bring about just, green growth.

Sanctionable commitments to the Paris Agreement, for the 1st time.
 
Provisions that reflects our common goal of reducing fossil fuel subsidies.

I welcome the agreement reached in the Environment Council on key planks of #Fitfor55:
- ETS extension;
- Climate Social Fund;
- Phase-out of combustion engines by 2035
