Today, @EU_Commission has decided to take the next step in the infringement procedure on the Polish Constitutional Tribunal.
The reply of #Poland did not address our concerns over the flagrant breach of the primacy of the EU law and the lack of independence of this Tribunal.
Today’s judgment is good news for consumers affected by #Dieselgate The Court clarifies that defeat devices are illegal under EU law & not in conformity w/ what consumers could expect when buying those vehicles. Once again, I urge @VW to end litigation & compensate all consumers.
