Na konferenciji Road2Recovery u organizaciji @VladaRH, @EPPGroup i @EU_CoR govorila sam o važnosti suradnje s lokalnim jedinicama u provedbi #RRF. Natječaji na kojima nema dovoljno prijava često ukazuju na nedostatak zajedničkog rada i usmjeravanja sredstava u skladu s potrebama.

With the Minister for Regional Development and #EU funds 🇭🇷 Mr Sime Erlic and his team, and the coordinator for the #NRRP and advisor to the PM Mr Zvonimir Savic.

➡️Coordination in implementing these funds is key to success.

Today I also met with the director of the Croatian Central Finance and Contracting Agency Mr Dragan Jelic and his team.
As the implementing body for 50 investments in the 🇭🇷 RRP, the CFCA has:
✅ closed €227 million in calls
✅ signed 273 agreements with beneficiaries.

Commissioner @ElisaFerreiraEC visited us today at the @EUAuditors headquarters in Luxembourg. We discussed the differences and similarities between the #RRF and the #cohesionpolicy, as well as other current #EU topics.

I was happy to present @EUAuditors report on synergies between H2020 and ESIF to the @europarl_en ITRE working group on @HorizonEU. To create synergies, it is important to:
✅ enhance cooperation between the management bodies
✅ exploit the potential of data
✅ build capacities.

The RRF is:
➡️a temporary crisis response tool
➡️closely linked to reforms in #CSRs
➡️based on 'financing not linked to costs'
➡️implemented through national systems.
