✅ to avoid fragmentation between national systems ;
✅ to guarantee an EU-wide approach to this criminal offence: a same definition of the crime and similar sanctions.
Violation of EU sanctions is a serious crime and must come with serious consequences. It should be illegal in ALL EU countries!
