Good discussion at #WholesaleDay22 of @EuroCommerce on #DueDiligence. The COM proposal lacks clarity and is not fit for purpose.
We need to focus on risks instead of having everyone report, clear guidelines and a fully harmonised approach, otherwise we won't achieve anything.
