Ukraine, a solid parliamentary democracy, was already on a good track before Russia invaded.

This war is an enormous stress test.
And the whole country is stepping up.

The implementation of the milestones will lead to solving important issues related to the disciplinary regime as identified by the ECJ.
 
The rulings of the Court of Justice remain binding.
 
We will continue to enforce the ruling and apply penalty payments until Poland complies.

In the Political Guidelines, we promised a law to ensure fair minimum wages in the EU.

With today’s political agreement about our proposal on adequate minimum wages, we deliver.

We have just adopted our 6th package of tough sanctions against Russia and will keep the pressure on.

Europe will support Ukraine as long as it takes, with all the financial, technical and humanitarian aid possible.

We will help them rebuild, reform and modernise.
