HU already left alone by PL over Orban's strong links to Putin could be the subject of Art. 7. sanctions possibly not vetoed by PL anymore. Suspension of HU's voting rights can prevent it's vetoes of further sanctions on Russia or any other external action steps. @vonderleyen
