That is why the EU should take action against Hungary’s so-called ‘sovereignty’ law.
I wrote to the European Commission to find out the Commission's position on the matter.

R to @javorbenedek: In December, Orbán's Parliament approved a law that creates a new office, that can gather information on individuals and organizations, all without judicial oversight.
There are hardly any elements of the law that do not conflict with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

Such a decision can be taken quickly and at short notice.

Two falls in one day. Both President Katalin Novák and former minister of justice, MP JuditvVarga, potential top Fidesz-candidate for the EP-elections resigned today due to the so called "pedophil scandal". Confusion in Fidesz 4 months before EP and local elections in June.

On paper, Slovenia-based Andrada Group has a flawless pedigree, but in reality: nothing is yet known about the "world-class technology", there's no license application, but there are Fidesz connections.
