Fruitful meeting with @MikulasBek, Minister for 🇪🇺 affairs to exchange on the 🇨🇿 priorities in #GAC. The 🇺🇦 crisis underlines the importance of reinforcing the protection of #RuleOfLaw in the Union. We are ready to support the incoming 🇨🇿 Presidency with its ambitious agenda.
Excellent meeting with @JozefSikela, Minister of Industry and Trade to discuss the priorities of the 🇨🇿 Presidency in #ConsumerProtection. We will join forces to protect consumers in the phase of the energy crisis & continue the work to empower consumers in the green transition.
One-day visit to Prague to prepare the upcoming 🇨🇿 Presidency and discuss common priorities.

Today I presented the 2021 results of the Safety Gate, the 🇪🇺 platform that enables quick exchange of information about dangerous non-food products posing risks to consumers. With this tool, EU countries can easily spot dangerous products & remove them from the market
