Today, the Commission refers 8 MS to the EU Court over the protection of whistleblowers.They have not yet transposed the 🇪🇺 rules that provide whistleblowers w/ channels to report breaches of EU rules confidentially, establishing a robust system of protection against retaliation.

The Commission has decided to refer #Poland to the EU Court for violations of EU law by its Constitutional Tribunal.

Everyone in 🇪🇺 should enjoy the fundamental principles & the rights of the EU legal order, including the right to a court that is independent under EU law. ⤵️
