Do not "misunderestimate" the EU. That would be a very foolish "strategiary". It happened to many people before, but if the Xi Team insists on making that experience, too, feel invited. :-)

It was not just "the German left" that was responsible for our country's fundamentally mistaken Russia policy. Important leaders of CDU/CSU were fully on board. As were important corporate representatives. (Some of the same companies want to repeat the mistakes vis-à-vis China.)
