Tribunál zvažuje, zda uplatnit všechny procesní možnosti pro stíhání ugandského teroristy v nepřítomnosti. Pokud ano, stejný postup by se dal použít pro V. Putina a M. Lvovou Belovou pro případ únosu 🇺🇦 dětí.
