Grateful for book launch by @Aktualitysk to honour his work.
His story made us rethink media freedom and protection of journalists.

Today, we refer Poland to the EU Court of Justice #ECJ for violations of EU law by its Constitutional Tribunal. Its rulings of of 14 July 2021 and 7 October 2021 challenged the primacy of EU law.
EU law must be equally applied across the Union.
