This week, HRC deals with the UN report on Libya, which urges to cease all support to Libyan actors involved in crimes against humanity against migrants. The resolution ignores this, and transfers monitoring from UN to Libyan authorities. Let the EU not get away with this shame!

Human rights? The Libyan case shows how much the EU cares. Libyan state entities (incl. LCG) are deeply involved in crimes against humanity and profit from them. @dreynders says he doesn’t start an infringement procedure on the Polish Council for the Judiciary, which keeps on appointing fake judges, as it is under the Article 7 procedure since 2017. 6 years of deadlock. This is the best argument to start acting as Guardian of the Treaties
