@TomWlost The market has been flooded by free allowances the last 15 years!! Clearly there are company that invested in new technology and those that didn’t. The latter want to get free allowances until the end of time. We want stimulate and help companies that invest in decarbonisation.

@TomWlost I have other info. And the comment ‘you are killing exports’ does not deserve a serious response! I really hope that is not the only response, because the race to decarbonisation has started! We have all in place to help: Innovation-fund +~30% and others subsidies!

Both the export problem and potential circumvention are clearly addressed in the agreements.

Did they not read it? Or is the status quo always better for them?
