@kajleers Bedrijven moeten hun emissies rapporteren, dat wordt gecontroleerd door een onafhankelijk partij (die hiervoor bevoegd is door de EC). Mocht er iets niet kloppen dan nemen we (hoge) referentiewaarden. Ik kan je er een heel hoofdstuk over sturen.
