Care responsibilities keep 7.7 million women out of the labour market compared to about 450,000 men!

Clearly we need to change the conversation and need to dramatically increase the role of men in the provision of Care.

-Every 4th woman working part-time is doing so for care reasons
-Every 5th household has unmet needs for childcare
