When security forces use spyware, it must be within clearly defined borders. The abuses of spyware in Poland and Hungary have been flagrant violations of the #RuleOfLaw and against EU values!

The plenary debate on #Serbia will take place on 9 May in Strasbourg and the final vote on 10 May.
