Re 2c/ Unclear what happens if the Competition Authority disagrees with a (positive) assessment made by the Data Protection Authority. My reading of para 56 is that Comp Authority is still free to come to a diverging conclusion against the specific background of Comp. law. Opinions?

Re @CedericMeier @EU_Commission @ecb A legal tender always creates a direct liability for the central bank: a 10 Euro bill creates a 10 Euro liability of the ECB. That is something else than having a bank account with the ECB and a direct contractual relationships. Banks can still refuse access to digital Euro.
