This pipeline is the right place for a tariff. Russia has no alternative options to export the oil it sends through the Druzhba pipeline, so it will have to accept steep discounts.
Happy to see the Commission is starting work on an import duty on the oil that reachs Europe (Orban!) by pipilene.
