This point is so, so important: low volumes huge price is perfect for Russia. Huge revenues, with maximum pain for Europe.
We cannot let Russia dictate these terms. The EU has to fully cut off its dependence from oil and gas from Russia.

@jcremer @Lagarde Thanks, dear @jcremer . Indeed I was not asking @lagarde for the details, which I know she is working on, but for the conceptual framework that allows us to differentiate "credit risk" from "fragmentation." She answered to neither of those two points.
