I get frustrated hearing about sanctions fatigue when we have imposed NO SANCTIONS on oil and gas (on oil at least we announced future sanctions). With COVID, by 4 months after crisis, Europe had undertaken huge joint response. In same time, EU has done nothing on energy crisis.
