عقوبات #الاتحاد_الأوروبي لا تستهدف المنتجات الزراعية في #روسيا بل هي معنيّة فقط بالتجارة الثنائية بين 🇪🇺و🇷🇺 وليس التجارة الدولية.
تجنّب 🇪🇺 فرض حظر مباشر على المنتجات الزراعية الروسية، إذ يمكن للدول الأوروبية استيرادها شرط ألا يشارك الأشخاص الخاضعون للعقوبات في التبادلات التجارية.
يمكن للشركات في #الاتحاد_الأوروبي استيراد المنتجات الزراعية من #أوكرانيا براً وبحراً وجواً – ثم نقلها إلى دول ثالثة.
كما يمكن تصدير المنتجات الزراعية من الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى أوكرانيا دون قيود، بما في ذلك مبيدات الأعشاب والأسمدة والآلات الزراعية.
على عكس المعلومات الروسية المضللة فإن عقوبات #الاتحاد_الأوروبي ليست السبب في تعطل الإنتاج الزراعي والتجارة في #أوكرانيا وارتفاع أسعار #المواد_الغذائية.
بل جاء ذلك نتيجة أفعال الحكومة الروسية من إغلاق الموانئ الأوكرانية وتدمير المنشآت الزراعية وفرض قيود على الصادرات الروسية.
