It was a pleasure to meet Ken Saito, 🇯🇵 Justice Minister. We discussed efforts to ensure accountability for the 🇷🇺 agression against 🇺🇦 and reconstruction. We agreed that for effective action we need to get the largest support from the international community, within G7 & beyond.

Our joint review confirms that our decision is working well, benefitting businesses and citizens alike.

In 2019, the EU 🇪🇺 and Japan 🇯🇵 created the world’s largest area of free and safe data flows.

Today I attended the commemoration of the atrocities committed in Bucha organized by @GP_Ukraine. Victims & survivors of these terrible acts deserve justice. EU stands ready to find a legally sound and effective solution to bringing the perpetrators to justice. #Ukraine
