Reza Khandan is the husband of Sakharov winner Nasrin Sotodeh. Khandan was summoned to report to prison following his wife's interview on CNN, asserting the protesters of 🇮🇷 demand for a regime change. The regime uses oppression, aggression and violence to silence all criticism.

Today, #Lukashenko’s regime sentenced #Belarus’ true leader, Sviatlana #Tsikhanouskaya, in absentia to 15 years in prison. This decision should be revoked. Last week, I met with Sviatlana. I expressed my solidarity with the Belarusians and my hope for a democratic Belarus soon.

🚨Disappointing that Belgium's Constitutional Court today rejected to annul the prisoner exchange treaty with #Iran. If #Belgium follows through on the swap treaty, the Iranian regime will continue to calculate that hostage taking works, which put Belgians at risk of detention.
