We are renewing and expanding the trade liberalization measures between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. @EU_Commission proposed today the extension by 1 year of the suspension of import duties and quotas applicable to products exported from Moldova to the EU. 1/2

The Governor of the National Bank of Croatia, Boris Vujčić, said #Croatia accession to #eurozone at the beginning of the year did not contribute to higher inflation. On the contrary, had Croatia not entered the euro area, the inflation rate would be higher. 1/2

I welcome the opening of the Dutch Embassy in #Moldova announced today by the Foreign Affairs Minister, @WBHoekstra. It sends a clear message that Moldova is important for EU states. We all see the Dutch Government playing a leading role in supporting Moldova on its 🇪🇺 path.

Russia is increasing its efforts to destabilise Moldova, so we need to step up our efforts to help Moldova overcome all challenges and continue the EU integration. We need to prove again that the EU can help Moldova more than Russia can blackmail and manipulate it. 3/3
