2️⃣ Supporting Ukraine is in the fundamental interest of #Europe.

Measures we took last year, such as the €18 billion support package put forward by the @EUCommission, will allow #Ukraine to pay salaries & pensions, to keep hospitals & schools going. 2/3

Our message to the Government of #Portugal: Involve local authorities in the implementation of the #PRR.

There was not enough involvement in the preparation of the Portuguese National Plan, but it is not too late to address this now. Involve mayors.
