Today I visited the inspiring social integration and rehabilitation programme at the Dozza prison in Bologna 🇮🇹 supported by EU social funds 🇪🇺
Inmates learn incredibly skilful techniques that mean a fresh start when they leave prison.

We had a deep, constructive and united debate on integrating people fleeing 🇺🇦- in particular women - into the EU labour market.

Today I visited Y Foundation @ysaatio in Helsinki 🇫🇮 They are experts in Housing First which has been a hugely successful strategy to combat homelessness in Finland. The European Platform on combatting homelessness is inspired by their work!

Today the European social partners begin negotiations on teleworking, updating their 2002 agreement.
I welcome this initiative, which is their right, and look forward to discussing their conclusions in the months to come.
