Half a year ago in Kyiv I met with the late Minister Monastyrsky handing him over the pathway for 🇺🇦 to join the foundation of the 🇪🇺 disaster risk management system, the #EUCivilProtectionMechanism.
The legacy of his work will live on now as 🇺🇦 joins 🇪🇺 civil protection family.
