@WaterKiosks 🇰🇪 is specialised in renewable energy solutions for water treatment facilities - it installs, operates, and maintains solar-powered ☀️ water desalination systems for off-grid communities in Africa 💧.
To avoid #porpoises 🐬 & diving ducks 🦆 #bycatch in the Eckernförde bay 🇩🇪, this #EMFF funded project developed special tools to alert animals of the presence of fishing nets. Fishers in the region voluntarily joined the programme & help protect Nature.

With help from #EMFF 🇪🇺, @BordIascMhara 🇮🇪 implemented #FishingForLitter, a collective action helping retrieve marine litter ashore. Since 2015 fishers collected 330 tons of waste at sea!
