Today we have adopted ‘FAST – CARE’, a new funding package under the Cohesion Policy.

It will make it easier for EU countries and regions to support those fleeing the war in Ukraine by speeding up the process and offering maximum flexibility using the funds.

The electricity trade between Ukraine and the EU will start on 30 June.
