Today, the @EU_Commission has issued a further €8.5 billion, of which
▶️€6 billion were issued through a #NextGenerationEU green bond for the #EU’s #recovery programme and
▶️€2.5 billion to support #Ukraine 🇺🇦 under the emergency #MFA programme. 1/2
