This is the right decision. It is unfortunate that Ukraine had to spill its blood to get it. Now open hearts are needed in the @EUCO and also later on - on the decision for full Ukraine’s membership in the EU.

This year mass Soviet deportations were also remembered by the democratic civil society in Russia, led by the brave people of Memorial Society.
The names of the deportees were read at the Kommunarka memorial site in Moscow & in Yekaterinburg.
