Reminder: Qualifying an element of a legislative act as an "essential element" means that this element can only be changed through an ordinary legislative procedure and not with a delegated act. It's a question of democracy and the respect of MEP rights. /2

The vote on in in the IMCO opinion was unfortunately successful with 23 votes in favour and 15 votes against. It was EPP, ECR and Renew in favour and S&D, Greens and Left against. ID wasn't present. The final vote had the same result. We voted: 👎

On Thursday we will vote on the opinion of the @EP_SingleMarket (IMCO) committee on . In contrast to all the other committees, the discussions with the EPP under the lead of @deirdreclunemep (EPP) were constructive. But there is one issue: . A thread:
