Referring to the #ElectricityMarketDesign report, I totally disagree with the idea of a European wide cap on market revenues from infra-marginal technologies. This measure would discourage energy saving by consumers and investment by the industry, namely on renewables.

The draft report on Electricity Market Design of @nicogoncas includes interesting suggestions, notably the reinforcement of the storage capabilities & the need to reach a 15% target on cross-border electricity inter-connectors.
