I have not been enthusiastic about the sixth sanctions package.... but this is great news! If they cannot insure the cargo they will not find tankers to transport the oil.

UPDATE: the Odyssey of #SunnyLiger came to its end in Spain: after dockers in SE and DNK refused to handle this tanker on the 27-29th of April, it finally docked today in Barcelona.
Spain and the rest of the EU must STOP financing Putin's war immediately!

But leaving out pipelines to minimize costs to EU, also minimizes losses to Russia.
