Today, @EU_Commission has decided to refer #Malta to the EU Court for its ‘golden passports’ scheme. By offering citizenship in exchange for pre-determined payments/ investments, without a genuine link w/ the Member State concerned, 🇲🇹 breaches EU law. 🇪🇺 values are not for sale.
