Parlamentet erkände igår att Ryssland är en 'statlig sponsor av terrorism och en stat som tillämpar terroristmetoder'. Men MP, S & V röstade sen nej till en EU-rättslig ram som skulle utlösa ett antal betydande restriktiva åtgärder mot sådana länder?!

I condemn the horrific terror attack that have taken place in #Jerusalem today. One teenager has been killed and several people injured. This violence must end!
