RT @EastGreenParty: Great atmosphere in today for @TheGreenParty's National Action Day.

Lots of enthusiasm on the doorsteps and about getting @AdrianRamsay elected as their next Green MP.

And thank you to for the delicious lunch! t.co/01rpVT3KsY

RT @pau1_br0wn: @UKdemocrat @DianeON34169012 The UK lost well over a million EU workers that were invisible to the net migration stats because of the freedom of movement offered by EU membership. Now, post Brexit, the government has to grant visas to replace these workers at a time they are pledging to reduce net migration.

RT @13sarahmurphy: If you’re looking around at our collapsing public services, labour shortages, eye-watering bills, poorly stocked supermarkets, dysfunctional justice system, shitstrewn waters… and trying to blame someone other than this rancid Tory govt, then you’re v much part of the problem.

@Olibol2000 @YPLAC Yes. The Newmarket Road one is good (going into the city) until it stops. That one, and the Prince of Wales Road one, are the only ones I deliberately use—as opposed to avoiding/ignoring or using because they are part of the road.

RT @SimonPartridge: @EthicalRenewal If this is so, what will open up is a new green-red political space. It is becoming increasingly clear that both the traditional parties haven't a clue how to deal with the existential threat to our Planet. @catherinerowett @TiraDeUrgue @joycemcm @greenbenali

@Adespoto3 @theTallBikeGuy @YPLAC Yes, very tricky especially when there is a gaggle of pedestrians who didn't realise the pedestrian crossing was somewhere else. So you are stuck in front of fast cars and trying to avoid mowing down drunk and confused pedestrians. Not great.

@theTallBikeGuy @YPLAC Yes, true, but the pedestrians can usually be moved if you ring your bell continuously for about 3 minutes till you've nearly hit them. The delivery drivers opening their doors similarly. The bottom bit where pedestrians congregate is tricky, and the cars turning right across it.

RT @Hepworthclare: So Braverman fails to attend the HOC to deal the the "Urgent Question "
Two things.
Like every other Tory Minister she treats Parliament the same as she treats voters.
Why is the Speaker failing to exercise his authority & insist on her attendance.

Oo yes long overdue. And let's get rid of verge parking too.
RT @Afzal4Gorton: Today, I'm presenting my petition in the House of Commons to stop pavement parking.

Pavement parking is not only an issue for those with disabilities or young children, but encourages speeding and reckless driving in neighbourhoods. It's time the Government takes action. t.co/ej5QnI61YU

RT @carltonreid: No LTNs mentioned on press release listing top 20 of UK’s most congested roads. Maybe it’s not bollards causing jams but extra millions of motor vehicles? t.co/Iy7krkAKRw

RT @josiahmortimer: Ah yes, just a casual bit of on-the-record blackmail from Boris Johnson’s team today about people flagging his referral to police: “These individuals should watch themselves carefully as there are revelations about their own conduct to be made” t.co/YikZd9GsHb

Our voting system is broken - stifling choice, perpetuating exclusion, & leaving people feeling politics is being done *to* them, rather than *with* them. Very pleased to support @MakeVotesMatter's lobby for fair & equal votes today 👇

RT @JasonPedlow: Ofgem has decided to allow privatised energy companies to increase our bills so they can make an extra £227 million profit off struggling Brits per year.

They hid this news in the price cap announcement.

Ofgem's official role is to protect consumers.

Do you think they are?

@Mark_PPP Bringing the family probably reduces the number of flights home. That would reduce the carbon footprint. The "housing shortage" is a by product of a certain kind of economic mismanagement plus the split families that we specialise in due to the utter misery that dominates lives.

RT @chrisgreybrexit: Headline finding: "Between December 2019 and March 2023 food prices rose by almost 25 percentage points. Our analysis suggests that in the absence of Brexit this figure would be 8 percentage points (30%) lower." t.co/hFgzdwfaxd
