I had a good dialogue with 🇵🇱 State Secretary Magdalena Rzeczkowska at yesterday's #ECOFIN, on how Poland is supporting Ukrainian refugees, and how the EU and Member States can support the financial inclusion of refugees.
EU sanctions against Russia were also on the agenda.

🇱🇹Minister @GintareSkaiste and I spoke on the margins of #ECOFIN.
We discussed EU sanctions & their implementation by member states; also a 5th package of sanctions just announced.
We also talked about progress towards strengthening EU rules on crypto & on anti-money laundering.

Data has never been more important, and the Commission is planning an open finance framework.
That could enable new products personalised to individual consumers – while keeping them in control of their data.
