Reviewing the papers on @GBNEWS this morning, I made the argument for #freepseech at football matches - for both Rangers and Celtic fans - whatever disrespectful things they paint on banners or sing in the stands.
Everything crossed for @ALLIANCELGB today. If ever there was an organisation with clear, charitable aims, it's #LGBAlliance. And if ever there were campaigners with superhuman strength of character able to overcome all hurdles, it's Kate & Bev. It's just they shouldn't have to.

I asked a question on crisis in the NHS. Both government & opposition swap competing stats, but problems go far deeper than cuts, resources & overstretched health staff. (EG read devastating Guardian article on the preventable death of the author's 13-year-old daughter Martha.)
I'm back in the Lords this week - with a quick question on the cons of being a leaseholder. People think they're buying homes, and buying into Liz Truss' home-owning democracy. But in reality, they are nothing more than glorified renters. It's a con. Someone alert the new PM.
