Earlier this month, the SRB announced the amount of contributions made by banks to the Single Resolution Fund for 2022 to be €13.7 billion.
With this increased amount, the #SRF reaches €66 billion in 2022.

Most banks already meet the final MREL target to be complied with at the end of the transition period, on 1 January 2024, and the shortfall has more than halved in two years.
