R to @EU_Commission: Inflation is set to decline close to the @ecb’s 2% target in 2025.

Largely driven by declining energy prices, inflation in the euro area is expected to decelerate from 5.4% in 2023 to 2.7% in 2024 and to 2.2% in 2025.
