Despite this, Ukraine's participation in our #HorizonEU funding programme is at the pre-war level.
And we will also open a Horizon office in Kyiv to bring the 🇪🇺 & 🇺🇦 research communities closer.

→ €25 million in fellowships for displaced researchers
