The Rapid Damage & Needs Assessment report, jointly released today by the 🇪🇺@EU_Commission, the @WorldBank & the Government of Ukraine, estimates the financial needs for reconstruction & recovery in 🇺🇦 to €349 bn. This figure is expected to further increase as the war continues.
