Today at #SOTEU2022 I called upon President @vonderleyen and @EU_Commission to take immediate action and develop a practical all-inclusive plan to ensure food security globally. The tragedy of the war in 🇺🇦 must not be combined with another looming tragedy, a global food crisis.
