ETS has worked well in Power Sector but not heavy Industry - And new ETS repeats same problem of too many allowances to heavy Industry. And the #EU Commission knows well that @EPPGroup has a 'kill list' which includes Sustainable Pesticides Regulation + Nature Restoration Law...
