Es freut mich, dass Serbien und Kosovo diesen Schritt gegangen sind. Die Normalisierung ihrer gegenseitigen Beziehungen ist vor allem für die Menschen vor Ort wichtig. Deshalb braucht es nun aber auch eine verbindliche Unterschrift!
