@BillyBo46363011 @allianceparty He mentioned Alliance in his tweet, Billy Numbers. Are you related to David Numbers by any chance? 🙄

RT @DannyDonnelly1: Today’s pop-up constituency clinic is in Carnlough Community Association office at the harbour on the Coast Road in Carnlough. If you live in the area and I or my staff can be of any assistance drop in or get in touch.

RT @AmandaFBelfast: DUP Leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson MP has urged the UK govt to “stop using Dáithí’s Law as a bargaining chip for devolution and facilitate the necessary legislation in Westminster”

It’s a pressurised, tricky spot for the DUP to be in when they are using devolution as “leverage”…

RT @Lowrysharon1: DUP accusing UK Government of political blackmail….irony klaxon!

@MathewHulbert Yes, but I think that's more about NI Politics than Twitter algorithms in my case 🙄

RT @DavidRossiterNI: I'm proud to be a representative of a party that has someone of @PaulaJaneB calibre.

Clear from @bbctheview tonight that she is the NI Health spokesperson that understands her brief the most 🏥💊

RT @allianceparty: NI deserves a properly funded health service with long term plans for transformation, and a political system that will allow for that to take place, says @PaulaJaneB

The DUP's continued boycott of the institutions is unconscionable.

Great to see such strong support for St Anne's bid to transform to Integrated Status

@Lactrollsintol @chhcalling Yep, and we'll support that, but it might be outside the scope of the Bill, so could be rejected by the Speaker. We're making joint representations with SOS on that, but there's no guarantee.

It will still need to go through both Houses & RA before regs can be laid. It's slower.

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/naomi_long/st

@Lactrollsintol @chhcalling Either way, our priority is to get the Act commenced and the regs laid: we've committed to working with all parties to make that happen either in the Assembly or Westminster.

However, it's just one very urgent example of delay being caused by lack of fuctioning government here.

@Lactrollsintol @chhcalling We've been clear we will support that either via PMB or amendments to the next legislative vehicle in Westminster, as has the SoS; however, it is a far slower route than electing an Assembly Speaker and the Assembly voting on the regs (which are ready, but need laid).

@Lactrollsintol @chhcalling He doesn't. The Act states that regs require sign-off by the Assembly.

For Westminster to do that requires primary legislation there to alter the act, which would have to go through both Houses of Parliament and Royal Assent. Regs would then have to be laid in Westminster.

@stephenhenry127 @Basil04013438 @chhcalling No, let's stick with my words and not other ones that don't reflect what I said.

Reform has already happened, more than once, at the behest of Unionism. It's not "rewriting" any of the principles, but ensuring we deliver what the GFA promised in Strand 1: fuctioning devolution.

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/naomi_long/st

@BT927PP @chhcalling We proposed it then, too.

And we aren't arguing to exclude anyone: their right to be in government remains. They'd be excluding themselves.

We want all parties working together.
