Fascinating work on whether campaign matters , they do, for 1/5 to 1/3 of voters; for whom (mostly for younger and less educated voters), etc. , using data from 60 elections in multiple countries.

Strict capital controls by China as many investors try to take the money out. Hong Kong is, still, more open to capital flows, but for how long?

Incredibly the EU has not yet imposed sanctions on Russian gas imports or related services yet!
Legally, gas could come back (some in AU and GER hope so!).
The moment is now given Russian gas supplies are 15% of previous flow.
